Analog sticks are on by default (toggle the Analog mode switch above); they only respond in games that read them.
Most modern gamepads (DualShock, DualSense, Xbox, 8BitDo) work out of the box.
IMPORTANT GAMEPLAY NOTE AT THE END
He's in the middle of the desert, alone; he's looking for someone in some strange place, he takes actions to hide himself from robots, but we're not aware of why
What or who is he looking for?, and where is everyone else?; there are robots though, and still active
That ends the description, there is more to unfold here but I was not able to show anything, I ran out of time pretty badly, but I do have the basis of the story which I plan to share eventually, though not by completing this project; not because of "lost motivation", but because this was meant to be more so a game jam entry, not an ongoing project; I'm usually very busy with many other projects, this took time out of other projects I should've given way much more priority, but I really wanted to be part of this
I met some nice people and it was a cool experience, although NOT fun when stumbling upon difficulties and spending hours for no progress; plus plenty of nights with no proper sleep... but it was worth it (not worth enough to go through it again though XD)
In the tests (minigames), they expect certain results and tendencies from the robot model you disguised yourself as, but as a human, you're obviously not able to perfectly match those results, those pesky, noisy variables outside of the average
There's so much to unpack from the untold story and behind the scenes, I have so much to share and I thank everyone for checking this out and for the dev team for developing such a cool framework
