PSXSplash Game Jam Make a real PS1 game. Not a retro-styled PC game - an actual PlayStation executable that boots on hardware or in pcsx-redux/duckstation emulator. Submissions open means the jam started at that time the theme will also be revealed. Winner will get bragging rights. I'm way too poor to offer anything of value.
